Question 1

Is it free forever, or a trial that expires?

Accepted Answer

It is a genuine free tier, not a countdown. There is no trial clock and no card needed to start, and the free booking page stays free. You upgrade only if and when you decide the paid features are worth it, not because a timer ran out.

Question 2

What can I actually do on the free plan?

Accepted Answer

The whole AI front desk, up to a monthly volume: the AI answers customers on WhatsApp and books, moves and cancels appointments in your calendar, a web booking page where customers book themselves, plus reminders, deposits, no-show recovery, the waitlist, analytics and your customer list — 50 bookings or orders and 100 broadcast messages a month. Two-way Google Calendar sync and the Growth Agent are on the paid plans. It is a real working setup, not a locked demo, so you can start taking appointments straight away.

Question 3

What is the catch? Will you force me to upgrade?

Accepted Answer

There is no catch. The free tier keeps working on its own terms. Paid plans exist for when you want more — unlimited bookings, two-way Google Calendar sync and the Growth Agent — but they are a choice, not a wall you eventually hit.

Question 4

If I upgrade later, do my bookings and setup carry over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything you built on the free tier, your booking page, services and existing bookings, carries straight into the paid plan. Upgrading unlocks features; it does not make you start over or re-enter anything.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Free to start, and the free plan is the full AI front desk — booking and ordering, reminders, deposits, no-show recovery, waitlist, analytics and your customer list — with 50 bookings or orders and 100 broadcast messages a month, no card needed. Booking (₹999 / $15 a month) removes the volume cap, adds two-way Google Calendar sync so the AI never double-books, and switches on the Growth Agent — win-backs, review requests and referrals drafted for you and sent from your own number. Front Desk (₹2,499 / $39) adds unlimited broadcasts and unlimited new-client search. Flat per business — no per-agent fees, and no markup on your messages.
