Delivery & Cancellation Policy
Welqo is a digital software service. There is nothing physical to ship, so this page explains how and when the service is delivered, and how to cancel it.
Delivery: your account is created and activated immediately when you sign up — there is no waiting period and no delivery charge. Paid plan features unlock as soon as payment is confirmed by our payment processor, normally within seconds.
Going live: after signup you add your services, prices and opening hours, then connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta. Most businesses complete this and take their first booking the same day. Your shareable web booking page works immediately, even before WhatsApp is connected.
Service area: Welqo is available to businesses in India and internationally. Pricing is charged in INR for Indian businesses and USD elsewhere.
Cancellation: cancel any time from Plans & billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the service keeps running until then. See our refund policy for when a paid charge can be refunded.
If activation does not complete or a paid feature does not unlock, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it or refund the charge.
