These terms govern your use of Welqo, an AI booking assistant for appointment businesses, operated by Clipnova AI (proprietor: Shweta Tiwari), India. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service: Welqo answers your business WhatsApp and your web booking page, books, reschedules and cancels appointments against the calendar and availability you configure, sends reminders, and hands off to a human when needed. You are responsible for keeping your services, prices and opening hours accurate — the assistant books based on what you configure.

Your account: you must give accurate details, you are responsible for activity under your login, and you must not share credentials. You must have the authority to operate the WhatsApp number you connect.

Acceptable use: do not use Welqo to send unsolicited bulk marketing, to impersonate another business, for anything unlawful, or in breach of the WhatsApp Business Platform policies. Meta may restrict or disable a number that breaches its rules, and that outcome is outside Welqo's control.

Plans and billing: Free is free forever within its monthly booking limit. Paid plans (Booking and Front Desk) bill in advance each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We may change prices with notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Availability: Welqo depends on third-party platforms including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our payment processors. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime caused by those upstream providers.

Liability: Welqo is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or missed bookings.

Termination: you may cancel at any time from Plans & billing. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the platform policies above. On termination you keep the right to export your data before deletion.
