WhatsApp CRM for Small Business

Your customer list, their full history, and the conversation itself — in one place, on the number they already message you on. No spreadsheet, no separate CRM to keep updated.

Ask most local business owners where their customer list lives and the honest answer is: partly in a notebook, partly in the phone's contacts, and mostly in their head. The WhatsApp thread has the real history — what she booked, the colour formula, the fact she prefers late appointments — but it is unsearchable, tied to one handset, and gone if that phone is lost.

Conventional CRMs solve this for sales teams. They assume a pipeline with stages, deals with values, and someone whose job includes updating records. Hand one to a salon owner and it becomes a chore that never gets done, because the work of the day is cutting hair, not maintaining a database.

Welqo builds the record as a by-product of doing business. Every booking, order and enquiry that comes through WhatsApp or your booking page creates or updates the customer automatically — name, number, what they booked, what they paid, when they last came, what they usually have. There is nothing to type in afterwards. You can add private notes an owner would want to remember (allergies, preferences, who they like to see), and the AI uses them to serve the customer better without ever reading them back.

Because the list and the conversation are the same system, it does more than store data. Welqo can tell you who is overdue for a visit, who is worth asking for a review, and whose prepaid sessions are lapsing — then draft the message and send it from your own number when you approve. You can bring an existing list in with a CSV upload, and if you confirm those customers opted in, the Growth Agent can reach them straight away. The list stays isolated to your business, exportable at any time, and is never sold or shared.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a full CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot?

No, deliberately. Those are built for sales teams working long B2B pipelines. Welqo is built for a local business whose customer relationship lives in a WhatsApp thread: who they are, what they book, what they paid, what to remember about them, and the follow-ups that bring them back.

Can I import the customer list I already have?

Yes. Upload a CSV of names and phone numbers on the Customers page. If you confirm those customers agreed to hear from you, they become reachable by the Growth Agent immediately; without that confirmation they import as contacts you can see and search, but Welqo will not message them.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. Your list is isolated to your business, exportable at any time, and never sold or shared. If you leave, you take it with you — and you can request deletion instead if you prefer.

Do staff see everything?

No. Staff logins get the calendar, chats and customers they need to work, without access to pricing, revenue, billing or WhatsApp settings. Private customer notes are for the business, and the AI never reads them back to the customer.

How much does it cost?

Free to start, and the free plan is the full AI front desk — booking and ordering, reminders, deposits, no-show recovery, waitlist, analytics and your customer list — with 50 bookings or orders and 100 broadcast messages a month, no card needed. Booking (₹999 / $15 a month) removes the volume cap, adds two-way Google Calendar sync so the AI never double-books, and switches on the Growth Agent — win-backs, review requests and referrals drafted for you and sent from your own number. Front Desk (₹2,499 / $39) adds unlimited broadcasts and unlimited new-client search. Flat per business — no per-agent fees, and no markup on your messages.
