See Which Messages Actually Arrived
Sent is not delivered, and delivered is not read. Welqo shows all three per campaign, straight from WhatsApp, so you know what reached people instead of assuming.
A broadcast that says "sent to 40 customers" tells you almost nothing. Sent means it left; it does not mean it arrived. Numbers change, people move off WhatsApp, some block business messages — and if all you ever see is the number you sent to, a campaign that reached twelve people looks identical to one that reached forty.
WhatsApp reports what actually happened to every message: whether it was delivered to the handset, whether it was opened, and whether it failed outright. Welqo records each of those against the campaign it belongs to, so you see sent, delivered and read side by side, plus a failure count when something genuinely did not land.
That matters twice over. It tells you whether a message worked, which is the honest way to judge an offer or a reminder. And it tells you which numbers are dead, which is how a customer list stays clean instead of quietly rotting while you keep paying to message people who will never see it.
The reports arrive on their own within minutes of a send — nothing to export or reconcile. A campaign that has just gone out says the reports are on their way rather than showing zeros that read like failure, because a number you cannot trust is worse than no number at all.
Why businesses choose Welqo
- Sent, delivered, read. The three numbers reported by WhatsApp for every broadcast, not an estimate we calculated.
- Failures you can see. A number that has changed or blocked you shows as failed instead of quietly counting as sent.
- Arrives on its own. Reports land within minutes of a send. Nothing to refresh, export or reconcile.
- Honest by default. A campaign with no reports yet says so, rather than showing zeros that look like failure.

Frequently asked questions
Are these numbers estimated?
No. They come from WhatsApp itself. Meta reports the status of each message it handles and Welqo records it against the campaign. Nothing here is inferred or modelled.
What does "failed" usually mean?
Most often the number is no longer on WhatsApp, was entered incorrectly, or that person has blocked business messages. Seeing exactly which ones failed is how you clean a list instead of paying to message numbers that cannot receive anything.
Why does a new campaign show no report?
Because WhatsApp has not reported yet — it usually takes seconds to a few minutes. Welqo says the reports are coming rather than displaying zeros, since a zero that means "not yet" looks exactly like a zero that means "nobody got it".
Does read tracking work for everyone?
Read status depends on the recipient having read receipts switched on in their own WhatsApp. Delivery is reported regardless, so delivered is the number to trust when read looks lower than you expect.
